Notes from the will of William Arthurs of Fifield baker :
13 lines of preamble, leaves to John A. younger and son of John A. of Chilson one yard land and all houses, buildings, mounds etc. on that land, a brewing copper, hanging props and cupboard.
If John dies then all goes to Wm son of John the elder of Chilson.
To John A elder £5
To William son of John £5
To Rebecka Harris wife of Joseph of Broad Sibford £120, block and case belonging to same.
Everything else to be divided up equally amongst these four.
