Flora Grace Franklin - Family History Notes.
She won a place at London University but was unable to go as the family had been ruined by her brother Charles, of whom she was always very fond. As an alternative she became a governess.
When Heny's first wife died, she was employed as a governess for the children. She then married him and they had two more children.
Towards the end of her life she lived at 7 Dunstan Road, Burnham on Sea and
Broadway, Jaycroft Road, Burnham on Sea. She was a very inteligent lady, with very little money, but lead a fairly active if frugal life. She was an excellent corespondant and wrote weekly letters to Flora Viven, many of which survive.
